MAKING REGISTRATION CHANGES

We understand plans can change, therefore we offer a range of options to our participants should you no longer be able to make the event. We also offer a 14-day cooling off period for refunds. If you are requesting a refund after this period, we are unable to accept it.

DEFER YOUR ENTRY

You can defer your Solo or whole team entry to 2026 however, we cannot defer individuals within a team.

  1. Log in to your Let’s Do This account. Select ‘Manage Booking’, choose ‘Defer your entry’ and follow the steps.
  2. Your 2025 registration will be cancelled. Upon going live for our 2026 events, you will receive a registration link to register for the next edition of the event. This link will be free-of-charge but will include the deferral fee. 

Please note, the deadline and associated Administration Fees for this are:

  • Up to 23:59 on the Sunday 4 weeks prior to the Event: £25

PARTICIPANT TRANSFER

  1. Log in to your Let’s Do This account, select ‘Manage Booking’ and choose ‘Transfer to a friend’.
  2. Enter the name and email address of the new participant and click confirm.
  3. A transfer link will be sent to the new participant by email (the original participant can also share the link themselves using the ‘Copy Link’ button). 
  4. Once the new participant receives this email, they’ll need to click the button to enter the event, signing up using their details and paying any admin fees. 
  5. The ticket page will show their entry as discounted by 100%, they will only have to pay the admin fee.
  6. The original booking will be cancelled only when the new participant has completed their registration. 

Alternatively, please contact support@letsdothis.com and let them know the name and email address of the person you wish to transfer your place to.

• Up to 23:59 on the Sunday 2 weeks prior to the Event

EVENT AND PACKAGE TRANSFER

Solos or whole teams can transfer their place to another Endure24 package and/or event.

To do this, follow this link to sign in to your booking and complete the transfer yourself.

  • Click ‘Manage your booking’.
  • Select ‘Transfer’ and then choose either ‘Transfer to another race within this event’ or ‘Transfer to another event’.
