TEAM CHANGES

Following participant feedback and a review of previous years’ events, we have made the decision to introduce deadlines to make team changes. The deadlines to make any changes to your Endure24 team are:

Endure24 Reading: Sunday 25th May at midnight.
Endure24 Leeds: Sunday 15th June at midnight.

This includes:

• Registering new team members.
• Replacing team members.
• Signing medical waiver forms.
• Swapping team members between teams.
• Splitting teams (e.g. from one into two).
• Changing team names and Team Captains.

We have implemented this change to enhance the participant experience and eliminate chip timing errors which can be caused by late additions and changes to teams. Processing complex team changes at the event can also lead to long queues and issues with medical waiver forms. Without a medical waiver form, it is not possible to race.

We urge all Team Captains to send out team invite links as soon as they can and to complete their team registration details before the above deadlines.

What if a team member can no longer attend after the deadline due to injury?

Please contact our customer service team at info@endure24.co.uk if you have a requirement to make a change to a team member after the deadline. Our team will try our best to accommodate your request.

DEFER YOUR ENTRY

You can defer your Solo or whole team entry to 2026 however, we cannot defer individuals within a team.

1. Log in to your Let’s Do This account. Select ‘Manage Booking’, choose ‘Defer your entry’ and follow the steps.
2. Your 2025 registration will be cancelled. Upon going live for our 2026 events, you will receive a registration link to register for the next edition of the event. This link will be free-of-charge but will include the deferral fee. 

Please note, the deadline and associated Administration Fees for this are:

• Up to 23:59 on the Sunday 4 weeks prior to the Event: £25

PARTICIPANT TRANSFER

1. Log in to your Let’s Do This account, select ‘Manage Booking’ and choose ‘Transfer to a friend’.
2. Enter the name and email address of the new participant and click confirm.
3. A transfer link will be sent to the new participant by email (the original participant can also share the link themselves using the ‘Copy Link’ button). 
4. Once the new participant receives this email, they’ll need to click the button to enter the event, signing up using their details and paying any admin fees. 
5. The ticket page will show their entry as discounted by 100%, they will only have to pay the admin fee.
6. The original booking will be cancelled only when the new participant has completed their registration. 

Alternatively, please contact support@letsdothis.com and let them know the name and email address of the person you wish to transfer your place to.

Please note, the deadline to transfer to another person is:
• Up to 23:59 on the Sunday 2 weeks prior to the Event

EVENT AND PACKAGE TRANSFER

Solos or whole teams can transfer their place to another Endure24 package and/or event.

To do this, follow this link to sign in to your booking and complete the transfer yourself.

• Click ‘Manage your booking’.
• Select ‘Transfer’ and then choose either ‘Transfer to another race within this event’ or ‘Transfer to another event’.
